What is raw Vietnamese hair?
Raw Vietnamese hair is 100% unprocessed hair collected directly from donors in Vietnam. It has never been chemically treated, coloured, or altered, making it the highest quality hair available.

How long does the hair last?
With proper care, our raw Vietnamese hair can last 2–5 years or more. Because it is unprocessed, it maintains its strength and natural appearance far longer than processed alternatives.

Can I colour or bleach the hair?
Yes! Because our hair is raw and unprocessed, it responds to colour treatments just like natural hair. We recommend having it coloured by a professional stylist.

Will the hair tangle or shed?
Minimal shedding is normal with any hair extension. Our hair is double-drawn and weft-sealed to reduce shedding. Tangling is minimised with proper care and regular conditioning.

Orders & Shipping

How long does delivery take?
UK orders typically arrive within 3–5 business days. International orders take 7–14 business days. Express options are available at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your returns policy?
