Terms of service

By placing an order with Rawness Collection, you enter into a contract with us. You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. To cancel, contact us at contact@rawnesscollection.co.uk before or within 14 days of delivery. Refunds will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods. We reserve the right to refuse orders that appear fraudulent or abusive. All prices are in GBP and include VAT where applicable. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
