At Rawness Collection, we are committed to getting your order to you quickly and safely. All orders are tracked and dispatched from Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays. Orders go through a processing period of one to two business days before dispatch.

Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible, items must be unused, unwashed, uncoloured, and returned in their original packaging.
We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, coloured, or chemically treated. Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrectly sent. Once we receive your return, refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to your original payment method.
