Order Processing

Every order goes through a processing period of one to two business days before dispatch. This time is factored into the delivery estimates shown above. Once an order has been submitted, it enters our fulfilment system immediately and can no longer be modified or cancelled. Should you need to update your delivery address, the original order will need to be cancelled and a new one placed.

Made to Order & Pre-Order Items

Products listed as custom or pre-order are crafted specifically for you. Please allow between 3 and 12 working days from the date of purchase for your order to be prepared and dispatched. The shipping method you select at checkout will be applied once your item is ready to leave our studio.

Our team processes and dispatches orders from Monday through to Friday. Working days do not include UK public holidays.

Address Restrictions

At this time, we are unable to fulfil orders to military addresses, BFPO locations, or PO Box addresses. Orders submitted to any of the above may be cancelled at our discretion and without prior notice.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, any customs charges, import duties, or local taxes applied upon arrival in your country are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Rawness Collection has no control over these charges and is unable to predict or cover their cost. We strongly encourage customers to check with their local customs authority before placing an order.

Tracking and Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details. We recommend placing your order with sufficient time ahead of when it is needed, as external factors can occasionally cause delays beyond our control.
